At Jewellery World LLC, we partner exclusively with Georgian Post (gpost.ge) — Georgia’s official national postal service — to ensure secure, insured, and fully traceable delivery of your jewellery.

Delivery Timeframes

• Local (Georgia): 2–5 business days
• International: 7–14 business days (varies by country and customs)

Order Tracking – How It Works

After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with your Georgian Post tracking code.

To track your package:

1. Go to the official tracking page: https://gpost.ge/tracking/track-code
2. Enter your tracking code (e.g., GE123456789GE) in the input field
3. Click “Track” to view your shipment status

Track Your Shipment

Tracking information usually appears within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been handed over to Georgian Post. Contact us immediately at info@jewelleryworldshop.com or call +995 557 607 148.

Return & Refund Policy

Return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and certificates.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not returnable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

How to Return:

1. Email us at info@jewelleryworldshop.com with your order number.
2. We’ll provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item via a trackable service (preferably Georgian Post).
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
